As the intro page said, this is the purely random, "I think that looks cool" collection.  In general for that reason alone it's my favorite PC to buy for, as I'm just buying something I like at a price that makes sense to me (likely why you don't see much newer stuff in here).  The 2003-2010 era is certainly my favorite timeline for the Sens, but I've tried to add some other cards for players who made some form of impact while they were here.  If you've got a cool Sens piece I may just be interested.
